From signing in to launching your site, you’ll have a live, fully responsive e‑commerce storefront in minutes—no coding required.
Before You Begin
Account: Make sure you have an active WebOps account.
Plan Selection: You can choose between a free trial or any paid plan that supports e‑commerce features.
Assets on Hand: Have your business name, description, logo file, and contact details ready.
1. Sign In to Your Dashboard
Go to app.thewebops.com and click Sign In.
Enter your email and password.
Once authenticated, you’ll land on your main Dashboard.
2. Choose to Create Your Free or Paid Website
In your Dashboard, click Create New Site.
Select whether you’d like to start with our Free Trial or pick a Paid Plan.
Click Continue.
3. Start Building Your Site
As soon as your site is ready, you’ll see a Start Building button. Click it to launch the AI setup wizard.
4. Tell Us About Your Business
Business Name: Type in your store’s name exactly as you’d like it to appear.
Business Type: Choose from dropdown options (e.g. Retail, Fashion, Electronics).
Language: Select your primary site language (Arabic, English, etc.).
5. Craft Your Brand Story
In the Business Description field, write a short summary (1–2 sentences) about what you sell and who you serve.
Tip: Click Write Using AI to instantly enhance your description for maximum impact.
6. Add Your Contact Information
Provide essential details so customers can reach you:
Address (street, city, postal code)
Phone Number
Social Media Links (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
7. Select Your Imagery
Click Browse Photos to open our library of hundreds of high-quality, royalty-free images.
Use the Search Bar—type keywords like “fashion storefront” or “tech gadget”—to narrow results.
Click to select images that match your brand vibe.
8. Pick Your Template
In the Templates panel, you’ll see a gallery of over 300 professionally designed themes.
Browse by category or style to find one that suits your store.
9. Filter for E‑Commerce Layouts
Type “e‑commerce” into the template search bar.
All e‑commerce–optimized designs will surface first.
Hover over a design and click Select to apply it.
10. Customize Your Look & Feel
Open the Design Settings panel.
Adjust Colors, Fonts, and Spacing to match your brand guidelines.
Upload your Logo and reposition it in the header.
Don’t forget to toggle Mobile and Tablet previews to ensure your site looks great on every device.
11. Generate & Publish
Click Generate Site and let our AI engine assemble everything into a live website.
Sit tight—this usually takes under 60 seconds.
Once it’s ready, hit Publish.
🎉 Congratulations! You now have a fully functional, AI‑powered e‑commerce website.
Next Steps
Add Products: Navaigate to SureCart → Products → Add New to upload your inventory and set prices.
Configure Payments: Visit Settings → Payments to connect Stripe, PayPal, or other gateways (you can find more details in connecting Stripe account article.
Set Up Shipping: Under Settings → Shipping, define your rates and regions.
Launch Promotions: Use the Marketing tab to create discount codes and email campaigns.
