You can upgrade your WebOps subscription at any time to access more features, better value, and higher limits. This guide explains all available upgrade options, how billing works, and how proration is applied.
1. Upgrade from Monthly to a Higher Monthly Plan
You can upgrade from a lower Monthly plan to a higher Monthly plan at any time.
What happens when you upgrade:
Your current monthly plan is credited
You are charged only the difference
Your new higher-tier monthly plan starts immediately
2. Switching from Monthly to Annual on the Same Plan
You can switch from Monthly to Annual on the same plan at any time.
What happens when you switch:
Your current monthly plan is credited
You are charged only the difference
Your annual billing starts immediately on the same package
✅ This lets you keep the same features
✅ You benefit from better annual pricing
3. Upgrading to a Bigger Package (Annual → Annual Only)
If you are already on an annual plan, you can:
Stay on the same annual package
Or upgrade to a higher annual package
Downgrading from Annual to a lower plan is not allowed.
4. Prorated Upgrade Policy (Fair Billing)
All upgrades and plan switches on WebOps are prorated, which means:
We calculate the unused time remaining on your current plan
That unused value is converted into instant credit
You are charged only the price difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle
Example:
If you are on a monthly plan or upgrading to annual halfway through the month, you will only pay for the remaining difference, not the full annual price.
✅ You never pay twice for the same period
✅ Your unused time is always protected
5. Instapay Option for Annual Plans (Available in Egypt Only)
For users located in Egypt, WebOps supports Instapay as a payment method for Annual plans only.
You can use Instapay to:
Switch from Monthly to Annual on the same plan
Upgrade to a higher Annual plan
❌ Instapay is not available for Monthly plans
Once your Instapay payment is confirmed, your annual subscription will be activated immediately.
6. How to Switch or Upgrade Your Plan to Annual
Log in to your WebOps Dashboard.
Go to the Subscription page.
Choose one of the following options:
Switch to Annual billing on the same plan
Upgrade to a higher Annual plan
Select your preferred payment method:
Stripe (International users)
Instapay (Egypt only – Annual plans only)
Complete the payment process.
✅ Your new plan will be activated immediately, and proration will be applied automatically.

❌ Annual → Lower plan downgrade is not allowed
