Billing and Invoices

The Billing page on WebOps allows you to manage your payment methods, view past invoices, and your subscription-related transactions.

Billing Information Tab

This is where you manage your saved payment methods.

  • Default Card: You’ll see your currently active card marked as "Default". This is the card WebOps will use for automatic subscription renewals or upgrades.

  • Add New Card: Click the “Add new card” button to open a secure Stripe-powered window, where you can enter your card details (card number, expiration date, CVC, and cardholder name).

  • Delete: You can remove a card if it's no longer valid or needed—just ensure you have another active one set as default if you’re on a paid plan.


Billing History Tab

This tab provides a transparent log of all your transactions on WebOps. You’ll see:

  • Website Name

  • Price charged

  • Plan (e.g., Pro, Premium)

  • Date of transaction

On the right, you can click “Download PDF” to generate a detailed invoice for any payment you've made. Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number

  • Due date

  • Amount billed

  • Billing contact and company information

Tip

Always make sure your billing info is up-to-date, especially before your renewal date, to avoid service interruptions.
