Billing Information Tab
This is where you manage your saved payment methods.
Default Card: You’ll see your currently active card marked as "Default". This is the card WebOps will use for automatic subscription renewals or upgrades.
Add New Card: Click the “Add new card” button to open a secure Stripe-powered window, where you can enter your card details (card number, expiration date, CVC, and cardholder name).
Delete: You can remove a card if it's no longer valid or needed—just ensure you have another active one set as default if you’re on a paid plan.
Billing History Tab
This tab provides a transparent log of all your transactions on WebOps. You’ll see:
Website Name
Price charged
Plan (e.g., Pro, Premium)
Date of transaction
On the right, you can click “Download PDF” to generate a detailed invoice for any payment you've made. Each invoice includes:
Invoice number
Due date
Amount billed
Billing contact and company information
Tip
Always make sure your billing info is up-to-date, especially before your renewal date, to avoid service interruptions.
