Managing Subscriptions

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you manage your subscription seamlessly.

Accessing the Subscriptions Page

To manage your subscription:

  1. Go to your WebOps Dashboard.

  2. From the left-hand sidebar, click on "Subscriptions".

You’ll see a detailed view of your current plan, its status, renewal dates, and available actions like Upgrade, Cancel, or Resume.

Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade from Free by:

  1. Click the Upgrade Plan button.

  2. Select your new plan from the pricing options.

  3. If you’re on a monthly plan and choose to switch to annual, proration will automatically apply, meaning the remaining value of your current plan will be deducted from the upgrade charge.

  4. If no active card is saved, you'll be asked to add your payment details via a secure Stripe form.

Tip: After completing the upgrade process, please allow a few minutes for the website to finalize and apply all changes.

Canceling a Subscription

To cancel your current plan:

  1. Click Cancel Subscription on the Subscriptions page.

  2. After cancellation, you will see the “Resume” option appear — more on that below.

Resume Option

If you've canceled your subscription but still have time remaining before the billing cycle ends:

  • You'll have the option to resume your subscription.

  • Click "Resume" will immediately reinstate your plan without any additional payment if your billing period hasn't ended yet.

This is helpful in case you cancel by mistake or change your mind before the plan officially ends.

Grace Period & Website Restore

If your subscription is canceled and your website is deleted:

  • WebOps provides a 14-day grace period to restore your website.

  • During this window, you’ll see a “Restore” button.

  • Clicking it will prompt you to complete payment for your plan again. Once paid, your website and its contents will be restored instantly.

Managing Payment Methods

  • WebOps uses Stripe for secure billing.

  • You can update or replace your card anytime from the billing section in your dashboard.
