How to Connect Your Custom Domain

WebOps allows users to easily connect a custom domain (yourbusiness.com) to their AI-generated website, replacing the generic subdomain.

You can do this in three ways:

  • From your Dashboard

  • Through the Sites page

  • Or via the Domains page

Let’s walk through the process together 👇

Option 1: From Your Dashboard

When you first land on your dashboard, your site will appear with a “Connect Domain” button.

Click it to begin the domain connection flow.

Option 2: From the Sites Page

Open the left sidebar and go to Sites. You’ll see all your projects listed. Hover over your site and click Connect Domain from the available actions.

Option 3: From the Domains Page

Head to the Domains section from the left menu.

Here, you’ll find your connected and unconnected domains. Click “Add Domain” to register a new one.

Fill in the domain name and specify whether it should be the Primary domain or include www.

Verifying Your Domain

Once you’ve added your domain, you’ll see a pop-up like this:

What does this mean?

This step helps us make sure that you really own the domain you're trying to connect to. Think of it like proving your key fits the door before putting up your shop sign.

What You Need to Do:

  1. Log in to your domain provider (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains).

  2. Go to DNS Settings or DNS Management.

  3. Find a section that says “Records” and locate where you can add or edit an A Record.

Copy These Values:

Type

Name

TTL

Value

A

@

60 mins

161.35.211.241

Paste them into your DNS settings exactly as shown.

If you're using Cloudflare, make sure to turn off their “Proxy” option for this record — it can block our system from verifying correctly.

Click “Verify”.

After updating your DNS settings, head back to WebOps and click Verify.

We’ll check if the domain is correctly linked — and once confirmed, your website will be live on your custom domain 🎉

Final Notes

  • DNS changes may take up to 30–60 minutes to reflect
